Application procedure for transfer admissions

Either download form from the web, obtain it by visiting our school or by mail. (with stamped return envelope)

What you need to know when applying

1. Applicants need to sit for a written test.
2. We will phone applicants for interviews.
3. When mailing in your application, please include copy of your child’s birth certificate and copy of latest school report card.  Enclose 2 long envelopes(4” X 9”), each with return address and $3.7 stamp.
4. Please hand in copies of certificates of interest classes attended, special skills or awards.
5. Application fee is HK$100.  Please use a crossed cheque payable to“Chan’s Creative School Limited”. Write the student’s name and contact phone number on the back of cheque.
6. We will notify parents of successful transfer applicants to register at school.
