I often joke with others that I became a teacher to start a fire, figuratively speaking.
I believe the purpose of education is to “pass the torch”.
I am not content with merely passing on knowledge to students, I want to instill the right values too. I deeply believe in “truth, goodness and individuality”, as these qualities help students go further and live happy lives.
I hope that my little spark will guide my students. Together they can light a prairie fire.
